Hi, I'm Kristin.
I'm a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and NASM-certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience coaching clients across Park City and beyond. My expertise is rooted in my background as a lifelong competitive runner. After navigating a significant injury during college, I discovered the transformative power of integrating yoga with athletic training. By layering physical mobility, intentional strength work, and focused breathwork, I discovered how important it is to bridge the gap between performance and recovery.
Today, my methodology seamlessly integrates the technical rigor of strength and functional fitness with the mindfulness of yoga. Whether I'm is guiding a dynamic group class, providing one-on-one personal training, or designing specialized athletic programs, my approach remains consistent: blend intelligent and mindful movement mechanics with purposeful, goal-oriented training. I'm dedicated and passionate about helping clients develop the strength and resilience necessary to perform at their best -- whether it's on the mat, in the gym, climbing mountain tops, or in everyday life.
